It’s a space where artists like Amoako Boafo, the founder of dot.ateliers, can thrive. ESPCO Ltd. served as both the structural and civil engineer, ensuring the building’s stability and durability. Kristodia Ntorinkansah Landscaping brought nature into the design, and Steensen Varming provided lighting solutions that enhance the artistic ambiance. The project was funded by the Amoako Foundation, with RACEG as the general contractor and Earth Structures as the façade consultant. SKOL managed costs, and Truedata handled IT, AV, and security.
